Ann Popadiuk Larson grew up in St. Louis Park, MN and currently lives just outside of Lowertown in the Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood. She paints in oil, frequently on repurposed wood. Inspired by Russian and Mexican icons, she sometimes adds tooled metal frames to her pieces. Most of her art is inspired by nature – sometimes with a message. She also has an alternative, more abstract style – an alter ego perhaps.

Ann is a member of AZ Gallery, Old Town Artists, the St. Paul Art Collective and a past member of Project Art for Nature. She has trained at Minneapolis College of Art and Design, The Atelier, The Como Botanical Program and the WARM Mentorship Program.
